Functional Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Functional Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in PEGA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of Asset & Wealth Management. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

* Primarily responsible for designing and architecting complex Pega applications, providing technical leadership on projects, evaluating design options, ensuring solution quality, and collaborating with teams to deliver robust Pega implementations, all while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Pega platform and best practices

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Pega platform architecture, features, and best practices
• Expertise in designing and developing complex business processes on Pega
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor LSA's and teams
