What is the Opportunity?

As Onboarding Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a delightful onboarding experience through the digital first RBC Clear platform. This includes each step of the customer experience from first engagement to opening accounts and enrolling in services. You will partner with cross functional stakeholders to deliver the future of digital onboarding. This role will be critical in the success of the long term vision for onboarding. What will you do?

  • Engage with internal partners to validate roadmap and solution
  • Manage high visibility onboarding initiatives with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and an improved customer experience
  • Partner with technology to define, build and deliver roadmap for entity onboarding and maintenance experiences within RBC Clear.
  • Create and build innovative solutions for onboarding by continually challenge the existing process to improve.
  • Produce and commercialize metrics and key details for Onboarding and Maintenance of customers
  • Support and troubleshoot customer and/or technical issues in real time to minimize customer impact
  • Supports Sales and Account Managers to learn about new features and functionality to benefit the customer experience
  • Work with risk and other partners to build, align and maintain processes and procedures to RBC standards
  • Partner with training and marketing team to build external and internal facing documentation to support onboarding and maintenance of customers
  • Partner with operations groups to deliver streamlined and frictionless customer experience

What do you need to succeed?

  • Requirements
  • Experience in cash management entity onboarding of large global and regional institutions
  • Base understanding of typical client expectations, documentation requirements, signer management and when onboarding in cash management
  • Must haves
  • Experience in Cash Management in either banking or within a non bank institution
  • Ability to successfully engage and collaborate with partners
  • Able to drive large multi stakeholder initiatives projects with high visibility to senior leadership

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $180,000 - $200,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
