NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Bethesda, MD.

Job Responsibilities Include:

The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical deskside support for an extremely diverse biomedical research institute consisting of over 5,000 users in a Windows/Macintosh/Linux environment.

This is a challenging job with state-of-the-art equipment.

We are looking for people with experience in various aspects of desktop support, Windows 10, Macintosh operating systems, networking and the ability to re-image a workstation.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment with demanding users.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1yearexperience with Windows 10.
• Minimum 1 yearexperiencewith Macintosh operating systems.
• Minimum 1 yearexperiencewith Network and re-imaging workstations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Respond to incident and request tickets in a timely fashion and document all activity related to a ticket.
• Escalates tickets appropriately.
• Meeting/Conference Support: Setup, configure and breakdown.
• Escalation point for junior techs.
