Job Description Company located in Cudahy is looking for a Utility person on 1st shift, 8a-4p, M-F. The ideal candidate will have some flexibility in scheduled hours. Responsibilities: Help to Guarantee Manufacturing Remains Smooth and Efficient Fill in for Any Position When Needed Help to Ensure Objectives and Goals are Met Daily by Working with the Floor Supervisor Assist with Equipment Tool Changes or Set-Ups Contributes to Team Wide Effort by Accomplishing Assigned Tasks Report all Job Related Issues to the Production Manager Assist in Training New Employees on How to Safely Use Machinery and Follow Procedures Follow All Safety Procedures Complete Other Tasks as Directed by Manager Follow Proper Quality Control Procedures and Report Any Deviation from Procedures Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area Work Overtime as Needed Additional Duties as Assigned Qualifications: Ability to operate all machinery Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to lift up to 80lbs Fork Truck Experience Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude Results driven and show initiative Regular and consistent attendance High school diploma or equivalent
