SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing the highest quality of food and customer service to our guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to defined standards, ensuring each interaction reflects exemplary customer service.
- Safely carry trays and push or pull hot boxes, carts, speed racks, and other equipment as required to support service needs.
- Ensure food quality and presentation are outstanding prior to delivery, following established procedures and standards.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
- Assist with all event preparation and close-out protocols as assigned.
- Create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality towards guests and co-workers.
- Commit to a minimum of 6 shifts per month in addition to Football games.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant serving experience
- Experience in hospitality, high volume catering or full-service dining (preferred)
- Maintain a professional image and positive demeanor at all times
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to carry heavy trays, lift and move 40 pounds or more
- Safely push and pull hot boxes, carts, speed racks, and other heavy equipment.

- Densely populated on event days
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Required to obtain passing score on TEAMs training
