As the Analytics Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing and operationalizing analytics initiatives within the Payer Data Product organization. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, proactively identifying opportunities to track critical data and uncover insights into product performance, waste, yield, and overall product health. You'll need to synthesize large datasets, determine where inefficiencies or losses occur, and recommend actionable improvements. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize product performance.

You will:



  • Drive data and analytics roadmap and definition of KPIs to meet company goals in partnership with Product and Engineering
  • Identify, structure, and define data sets from various sources to ensure they are accessible, accurate, and deliver actionable insights to users in collaboration with Product, Engineering and users
  • Develop self-service tooling for members of the team and customer-facing users to independently answer product and customer related questions


    • Partner with Product Managers to establish a consistent set of KPIs and benchmarks to measure product performance
    • Develop models and dashboards for use by Product Managers and stakeholders to track performance, highlight trends, establish business value, and expose inefficiencies
    • Train team members on available tools and dashboards, empowering them to derive insights independently


  • Design, build, and maintain a data governance model for Payer Platform


    • Develop processes to manage data model changes, ensuring models are well-documented, version-controlled, and remain in sync across teams and systems.
    • Continuously optimize data processes through improvement and automation.
    • Establish data quality metrics/monitoring


  • Be a champion for data-driven decision making throughout the organization


    • Engage stakeholders to drive consensus and adoption of analytics-driven strategies.


  • Perform complex analytics that cuts across multiple areas


    • Independently execute complex, cross-functional analytics projects to support leadership decisions.



What you will bring to the table:



  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics program management, data operations, or product analytics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in tools such as Redshift, Snowflake, or other similar data warehousing platforms.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large, complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience identifying key metrics to track product performance and proactively addressing gaps in analytics processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of improving operational efficiency and identifying cost-saving opportunities.


Bonus points if:



  • You have expertise in Sigma, Tableau or another data visualization & analysis tool
  • You have experience with healthcare data products or payer operations.
  • You have a proven track record of identifying and addressing product inefficiencies and driving measurable results.
  • You bring expertise in managing complex data environments and developing innovative solutions.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$170,000 $210,000 USD
