Core Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage subordinate managers and/or professional teams that consist of multi-functional groups.
• Manage relationship with external Vendors to ensure impeccable service and drive to expense reduction.

• Manage and maintain metrics and reporting on various department KPI's including customer satisfaction targets and trend-based analysis. Ensure team members are meeting established productivity and quality goals.
• Deliver on results by working with employees to evaluate KPI's and developing a strategy to increase ROI.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for development of employees with a focus on succession planning.
• Ensure compliance and risk guidelines are monitored and followed.
• Build strong partnerships with all areas of the business to support overall operation.
• Develop and execute department plans to ensure successful coordination of team activities.
• Provide strategic leadership across capabilities within business unit.
• Establish and maintain control framework including monitoring of processes and financial controls.
• Lead key change initiatives within assigned business function to support efficiency as well as the evolving product and service strategy for the business.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

• Minimum 10+ years of Proxy Services experience.
• Demonstrated proven strategic and operational leadership, business acumen and customer service skills.
• Management experience as a leader and developer of high performing employees.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Cost Center oversight.
• Energetic, self-motivated leader with outstanding initiative to network and develop relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for operations.
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a highly effective and efficient team.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
• Change management skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) communication skills.
• High technical aptitude with experience in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
