PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Support the facility's Lean cultural transformation by working on specific assignments and elements of the Lean deployment plan. Some of these activities include deploying and/or sustaining programs and initiatives such as the Quick and Easy Kaizen (QEK), 5S+ Safety, Standard Work, Total Productive Maintenance, Gemba Walk, and others. PROJECT DELIVERABLES: - Help with the logistic process to run the QEK program effectively. - Standardize selected processes to document takt time, cycle time, and line balancing calculations as they relate to products' sales forecast and output capacity planning. - Deploy and/or sustain lean accountability tools to drive Continuous Improvement within all lean deployed dimensions.
