As an In-store Activation Manager at Ferrero, you will play a critical role in driving product visibilityand sales performance in retail environments. You'll be responsible for planning and executing shopper-oriented activities and promotional programsthat increase visibilityand enhance the in-store presence of Ferrero products. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving brand, category, channel,and client goals, while continuously improving promo efficiency and ROI. Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll manage in-store activitiesand work closely with the Customer & Category Development Team to plan shopper-oriented actions. Your goal is to ensure strategic alignment with the overall brand and category objectives. You will develop and execute promotional programs, retailer projects, and NPD launches to boost sales, monitor the calendar of activities, and maintain an Activity Grid. By analyzing the quality and quantity of in-store execution, you'll provide continuous feedback and propose improvements for future initiatives. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll oversee and manage the entire process of in-store activation, from planning and execution to performance analysis. Managing the POS materialproduction, distribution, and ensuring supplier relationships are aligned with Ferrero's standards will be crucial. Your work will focus on developing engaging and innovative promotional campaigns that boost visibility, sales, and profitability. You'll lead and guide the team, ensure smooth operations, and continuously monitor and adjust strategies to meet objectives. Additionally, you will manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring cost optimization and proper adherence to company policies. Your Skill Set:
To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales within the FMCGindustry, with at least 2 years in a Trade Marketing capacity. You must have a strong understanding of business performance, risks, and opportunities, as well as experience with shopper insights. Analytical and presentation skillsare essential, and you should be comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and SAPto manage projects and data. Experience in managing marketing projects from conception to execution is crucial. You should be a dynamicand result-orientedindividual with a positive attitude and a can-do mentality. Strong organizationaland leadership skills will be vital, as you'll be guiding a team towards achieving performance goals. You should also be adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Creativity and innovative thinking will help you develop engaging campaigns that capture the attention of shoppers, while your ability to interpret data will drive insightsthat add value to Ferrero's trade marketing strategies.
