About the Role:

You have always loved it, now be part of it! Ferrero is looking for its next Brand Manager, Innovation to join our Kinder team. As Brand Manager, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and gain high-level visibility within our global organization. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the vision for Kinder within the chocolate category and beyond in the US. You will drive both short-term and long-term plans for renovation and innovation.

This position is Hybrid and based out of our HQ in Parsippany, NJ.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to long-term vision for maximizing Kinder's potential in the US



Business and Brand Analysis, Monitoring and Reporting



  • In-depth market, competitive and brand analysis to assist in formulating brand strategy within a fast-moving consumer packaged goods category
  • Analyzes business and brand results to ensure strategies are working and objectives are being realized, recommending course correction where relevant
  • Maintains understanding of the competitive environment to aid in insights, recommendations, and decision making
  • Prepares and creates engaging, concise, and persuasive presentations
  • Actively manages brand budget and provide recommendations on efficiencies



Product Management



  • Assist in qualitative and quantitative market research process as required, such as reviewing and giving feedback on research design, helping complete input and stimuli deliverables, and joining in debriefs with feedback and recommendations.
  • Leads innovation development with cross-functional team from concept to opportunity assessment through handoff to go-to-market team.
  • Partners with Finance to ensure profitability of ideas
  • Assist SBM in note taking and dissemination for PG meetings. Prepare advanced updates and slides for own projects to share.



Leadership and self-management



  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Inter-departmental engagement with Trade marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives
  • Able to efficiently manage relations with third party vendors (i.e.: graphic design agencies, research agencies, etc.), obtaining required output while minimizing costs
  • Comfortable with presenting in front of senior management

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's degree in Business is a plus
  • At least 5 years' experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing
  • Experience working with syndicated databases; i.e. IRI, ACNielsen
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
  • Possesses solid project management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment in order to achieve brand objectives and goals
  • Experience with budget management
  • Well-versed in Forecasting
  • Exposure to or understanding of P&L management is a plus
  • Global marketing experience is a plus
