JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Billing and Collections Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing and collections process within Doble, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, managing a team of billing and collections specialists, resolving billing discrepancies, and actively pursuing outstanding payments to maximize revenue collection while adhering to compliance regulations. This is a working manager role that is both highly visible and requires the candidate to roll up his/her sleeves to help the team accomplish their deliverables. The successful candidate will possess a focus on results and be a highly process-oriented individual. This includes excellent leadership capabilities, proven business partnering and outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide range of audiences both within and outside of finance and the Company. This role will be based in our Marlborough, MA office reporting to the Controller. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Four-year college or university degree with major course work in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field; OR a combination of experience, education, and training equivalent to a four-year degree. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
