What You'll Do:As a District Sales Manager for Neurology EEG/Sleep, you'll own your territory like a boss-driving revenue, building relationships, and making an impact in hospitals and clinics. Crush Your Sales Goals - Hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic prospecting and relationship-building. Lead the Charge - Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists and collaborate with key hospital stakeholders, KOLs, and strategic partners. Showcase Innovation - Organize exhibitions, lead sales demonstrations for MDs and clinical staff, and educate surgeons and medical professionals on our cutting-edge products. Be the Expert - Manage leads, track competitor activities, and work with product management to refine our offerings. Stay on the Move - With 75% travel, you'll be engaging with customers across New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and El Paso, Texas, attending trade-shows, and driving business in a competitive market. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of sales experience (capital equipment sales preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Neurology, Neurosurgical, or Medical Device sales experience - and the confidence to be in an OR setting Strong communication & organizational skills - you know how to build lasting relationships and negotiate like a pro Tech-savvy - comfortable with MS Office Suite and CRM systems (Siebel CRM a plus!) A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle - because you'll be on the move! Direct Reports/Supervisory Responsibilities: None Travel Required: Extensive travel required- 75%Compensation and Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package that starts on your 1st day! Including: Natus Pay Transparency: We are dedicated to promoting transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The compensation package includes a base salary of $65,000 USD per year plus an uncapped commission plan. Additionally, to support our new hires, we offer a monthly commission guarantee for the first six months of employment.
