Job Summary

As the Senior Director of Product Management for our Association Solutions, you will lead the execution of our product strategy, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance member engagement and streamline association operations. This role requires a sharp, execution-oriented leader who can take direction and is eager to learn and grow into higher leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities



  • Product Strategy Execution: Implement product roadmaps that align with our long-term vision for association management solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch products that meet the unique needs of associations, trade organizations, and professional societies.


  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the association management space.


  • Revenue Growth: Identify and prioritize features that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, ensuring our products remain competitive and valuable to our clients.


  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine product management best practices, including agile methodologies and effective roadmap development.


  • Technical Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, which are central to our association products.


  • Team Development: Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.


Requirements



  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product management within SaaS or enterprise software, with a proven track record of successful product execution.


  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of association management software, including member and financial management, analytics, e-commerce, and event management.


  • Methodological Expertise: Proficiency in agile development, MVP creation, and iterative product improvement.


  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms, ensuring effective collaboration with engineering teams.


  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take direction, execute efficiently, and a strong desire to learn and advance into higher leadership roles.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $150,000- $170,000 USD per year plus bonus.
