How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with customer service, production planning, operations, and shipping to manage communication regarding critical and delayed customer orders.

  • Maintain a tracker of critical orders, documenting progress and projecting accurate shipment dates.

  • Work with buyers and planners to keep the shortage report updated with accurate material availability dates.

  • Follow up on late production orders, document reasons for delays, and proactively communicate new estimated ship dates to customer service.

  • Attend daily Tiered Accountability meetings to document shortages and delays, updating leadership on order status.

  • Participate in internal service calls to document the needs of internal customers.

  • Serve as the primary contact for order status requests from customer service.

  • Assist with data maintenance in SAP, including compiling data for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2-3 years of logistics experience, specifically focused on expediting critical customer orders preferred.

  • Cross-functional experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Strong sense of urgency, personal organization, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a cross-functional team at the local site and within the North American Hub.
