Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Senior Manager, Store Planning will oversee the store level planning processes for financial targeting and labor planning across all Concept Stores and Factory Outlets. This individual will be involved in pre-season planning, in-season forecasting, and post season hindsighting. They will maintain strong relationships with store teams to understand risks and opportunities on a store-by-store basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Create financial plans at the door level that sync directly to the total financial targets.
- Identify and elevate risks and opportunities that may arise throughout the year at the store, district and region levels.
- Maintain regular communication with store teams (Senior Director of Stores, Regional Directors, District Managers, Store Managers in particular)
- Forecast sales trends using a blend of recent performance, historical data, and store input.
- Push stores to peak performance by challenging historical sales, exploring potential, and driving towards ambitions
- Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure store capacities align with sales goals.
- Manage sales contests to include creation, validation, reporting and payout
- Provide input into the long term strategic ambition plan of each store
- Provide business insights regarding geographical differences and nuances in the business
- Provide input into the annual budgeting process, ensure fleet can appropriately support growth targets.
- Track and report on store productivity; understand the balance between store capacities, potential sales, and turn targets
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting products (historical results, forecasts, budgets) on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Store teams, Financial Planning, Merch Planning, Finance, Buying, Planning, Allocation) to obtain information necessary to achieve business objectives
- Create a supportive work environment in which employees are coached, trained and provided with career opportunities through development.
- Provide team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Oversee labor planning at the door level; utilize store KPIs, historical and current trends to generate a full-fleet labor cost budget

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business, finance or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 6 years relevant work experience
- Fluent in English
