Administrative Assistant
Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us with our daily operations. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing highly diversified administrative and organizational duties in support of the offices of the CEO & President, the 92NY Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors, when appropriate. This includes assisting in communication and scheduling with internal groups, across 92NY departments as well as with external organizations and individuals. The job holder will also work on special projects as assigned by managers and provide ad hoc support to other departments across the organization as requested or desired. This candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Include
Provides scheduling, coordination assistance, and overall administrative support to the 92NY Executive Office, including technology and calendar management, event planning and set-up assistance.
Experience, Education, & Skills Desired
Work Environment & Requirements 40 hours/week.
