To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page: https://careers.osaic.com/Creative/Benefits Summary: The Business Intelligence Manager will play a critical role in providing business intelligence via data and analytics to support strategic decision-making and enhance the financial performance of the organization. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, business unit executives, cross-functional IT partners and other stakeholders to provide insights that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, data governance and reporting processes. Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects as prioritized by finance.
- Provide data, analytics, guidance and support to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights into organic growth trends and operational performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of Power BI dashboards for executive leaders and analysts.
- Analyze organic growth performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Lead the development of future state cloud-based python financial models and scenario analyses.
- Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual organic growth reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate organic growth results to senior management and business partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate business metric reporting in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline business intelligence and reporting processes.
- Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to best practices in data management and business intelligence.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Accounting, Finance or another related field is required. Master's Degree preferred.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A, finance, business analysis role, or hybrid Finance-IT role
- Advanced data modeling and analysis skills required
- Prior financial services industry experience required (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance)
- Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Expert proficiency in the use of business applications, particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial reporting and general ledger applications tools is required
- Must have acute attention to detail
- Experience with Snowflake and Python Coding/ Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- FINRA licenses
- CPA, CFA or CMA designations
- Experience with DAX syntax
- Experience with Workday Financials
