Job Title Project Manager, O&A Strategic Initiatives Corporate Title Analyst - Associate Location New York, NY (ALL ROLES TO BE CONSIDERED) Overview The Strategic Initiatives Team is a global, cross-divisional function within Origination and Advisory (O&A) tasked with shaping, managing, and delivering an interconnected portfolio of regulatory and strategic programs that are meant to ensure compliance with regulations and divisional execution plans. This may include policy and procedure drafting, technology design and development, and program management. The Analyst/Associate will report to the Americas O&A Program Director (with matrix to EMEA O&A Program Director) and have responsibility for providing leadership on several programs. The role will work closely with global peers and within global programs in designing and implementing strategic solutions within an agreed timeline. We are looking for innovative problem-solvers who can employ technology and data science to solve complex business problems in an accurate, scalable, and robust manner. What We Offer You

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
