About the Role The Key Account Director is responsible for managing and expanding Hexagon's most strategic customer relationships, ensuring revenue growth, retention, and long-term partnership development. This role requires a strong understanding of Hexagon's digital reality solutions, manufacturing intelligence products, and enterprise sales strategies to help customers maximize value from Hexagon's offerings. Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth, account penetration, and long-term customer success. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong executive-level relationships. Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts to expand Hexagon's footprint. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive customer engagement through business reviews, technical discussions, and executive briefings to align Hexagon solutions with customer goals. Negotiate complex sales agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with Hexagon's business objectives Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.). Advocate for customer needs within Hexagon to drive continuous improvement and innovation in solutions. Qualifications
What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills: 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic business development.
