Job Summary Job Description Vice President, Global Investment Banking, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, New York, NY Lead junior elements of transaction execution and business development in connection to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and capital raise mandate. Development & oversight of various financial analyses including company forecasts, valuation, and transaction models. Preparation of investment memoranda, IC memos, and other presentation materials. Drafting of engagement, process, and offer letters for M&A transactions and mandates. Summarize and analyze bids & term sheets. Execution of project management elements including bidder outreach, due diligence coordination, non-reliance and non-disclosure agreement facilitation, and virtual data room management. Liaise with and coordinate 3rd party tax, legal, financial, and other advisors. Mentor and lead Investment Banking Analysts and Junior Associates. Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $275,000.00 per year. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Must have Series 63, Series 79, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certifications. Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week. Domestic travel required up to 10%. No international travel required. The base salary for this job is $275,000.00 per year. This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
