Description

Business Title:

- PMO Support Analyst

Job Purpose:

- To provide comprehensive support to the Project Management Office (PMO) in facilitating the successful execution of projects within Arora Engineers. This role will involve administrative tasks, project coordination, data analysis, and reporting, ensuring smooth PMO operations and contributing to overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing presentations, and maintaining project documentation.

- Assist project managers with project tracking, including updating project schedules, monitoring milestones, and reporting on progress.

- Collect, analyze, and report project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Maintain and update project management tools and systems.

- Support the development and implementation of PMO processes and procedures.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.

- Assist with project budget tracking and reporting.

- Prepare project status reports and presentations for management.

- Support project closeout activities, including documentation archiving and lessons learned sessions.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the PMO Manager.

Qualifications

Required Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management office (PMO) support or related administrative role.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to analyze data and create reports.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
