DIVISION: Corporate POSITION SUMMARYThe Youth Apprenticeship role at U.S. Venture is a 1 or 2-year program that gives juniors and seniors in high school the chance to explore a career area of interest. Students spend part of their school day earning credit while they gain industry experience under the guidance of mentor. Every effort is made to design a Youth Apprentice assignment that matches the student's interests, provides meaningful work and a valuable learning experience, as well as to align to the associated State's Youth Apprentice guidelines for skills the student will need to acquire. Youth Apprentices may be assigned to one area or rotated through several divisions/departments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
U.S. Venture requires that a team member have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based. In general, U.S. Venture does not sponsor candidates for nonimmigrant visas or permanent residencyunless based on business need.
