General Purpose and Scope of Position:

The Strategic Analyst is responsible for relying on data to solve everyday business problems. The role provides relevant insights to address key challenges and concerns and identify new ways to grow. The Strategic Analyst is responsible for identifying the business needs and developing plans that determine the direction the company can take to actualize its goals.

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

• Assist in special projects in executing prioritized strategic and business development initiatives
• Develop business specific market, product, competitor and/or customer knowledge
• Provide project modeling or ROI / IRR analysis
• Assist in gathering and analyzing information for various projects
• Develop decision making tools / dashboards and provide analysis to track project performance and report to leadership the efficiencies gained
• Identify potential business issues and develop contingency plans to effectively mitigate risks.
• Develop executive summaries and weekly/monthly reports to measure KPIs and market dynamics.
• Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute project strategies
• Provide actionable insights and modeling to improve strategy and performance
• Leverage insights to define, recommend and/or co-create strategic solutions for Nachurs Alpine Solutions
• Present findings from analysis to internal clients/stakeholders

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, chemical engineering or agronomy
• Experience or deep knowledge in chemical and/or agriculture industry
• 5- year minimum experience in marketing research, product development, or strategic analysis in chemical or agriculture business
• Proficient working with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft BI
• Experience in proposal writing, analytics, shaping opportunities, pitch preparation and opportunity spotting in clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

• In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $89,400 - $125,280.Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
