Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr


Job Summary

The Production Center Administrator provides administrative support to all functions with the Production Facility.This role has daily tasks that will require independent planning, prioritization, along with group events and effective communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety inspections, report hazards, and promote a culture of safety among team members.
  • *Provide excellent customer service to all visitors visiting the Production Facility. Educate visitors regarding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety measures. Lead and coordinate production tours.
  • Assist with Contractor training and keep the contractor book updated with required documentation.
  • *Process people functions including but not limited to timekeeping, payroll discrepancies, ordering uniforms, and leave of absence tracking. Assist with new hire onboarding, I-9 documents, and 30 day follow-ups. Maintain and handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
  • *Provide administrative support for the financial, accounts payable and receivables, including processing invoices and requests, reconciling statements, research, and auditing purchase card expenses.
  • *Monitor production safety training to ensure courses are completed timely and send out weekly report.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Assist with employee and community events.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience required.
  • Prior experience with administrative support in a fast-paced, office environment.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.
  • Experience with processing invoices, reconciling statements, etc.
