Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sr AR Associate to join our integration business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Review Job Set Up Form to ensure all necessary billing information has been provided
  • Manage timely billing of Progress and AIA Billing
  • Set up billing lines, invoice layout, build SOV's
  • Interact with PM Bi-Monthly to determine monthly billing
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries
  • Attend daily Staff Meeting
  • Audit jobs to reconcile billing discrepancies
  • Generate changes to customer/job card to ensure billing data is correct in system
  • Generate reporting as necessary
  • Submit invoices via various customer portals, as necessary
  • Resolve complex billing issues
  • Submit documents to be notarized
  • Assist Collections
  • Assist with Job Setup
  • Process change orders
  • State Tax calculations
  • Upload schedule of values
  • Preparation of stored materials, certified payroll, and vendor waiver documentation


Basic Qualifications:



  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central required
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Knowledge of standard billing practices
  • Knowledge of pay apps and AIA forms required
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Strong computational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Problem solving ability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity of various customer billing portals
  • Ability to generate templates, reports, V Lookup, and pivot tables in Excel
  • College Degree Preferred or 3-5 years of commensurate experience
  • Strong verbal and written English skills


PAY: $25-$33 an hour
