PG Forsta is seeking a Senior Manager of Market Analysis to lead efforts in gathering, analyzing, and delivering actionable customer, competitor, and market insights. This role will serve as a pivotal source of intelligence to inform and shape strategies across sales, and marketing. With a strong emphasis on competitive intelligence, this position requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in leveraging tools like Klue and Highspot to drive impactful decisions and enhance our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Competitive Intelligence

* Conduct in-depth analyses of key competitors to understand their strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.

* Develop and maintain competitive battlecards, win/loss analysis, and other intelligence assets using tools such as Klue and Highspot.

* Monitor and report on competitor product updates, messaging, and GTM strategies to keep stakeholders informed of market dynamics.

Customer Insights

* Gather and analyze customer feedback and trends to understand evolving needs and preferences.

* Partner with sales and customer success teams to uncover insights into customer decision-making processes.

* Identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and areas of opportunity to improve positioning and engagement.

Market Trends and Analysis

* Track and evaluate broader market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities that could impact PG Forsta's business.

* Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on market research and insights.

* Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging with market dynamics.

Win/Loss Analysis

* Analyze why we win or lose against key competitors and distill insights into actionable recommendations for sales, product, and marketing teams.

* Conduct post-mortems on key deals to extract lessons learned and identify trends.

* Use insights to refine GTM strategies and improve sales effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration

* Work closely with sales teams to equip them with actionable intelligence and tools to better position against key competitors.

* Partner with product marketing to align insights with messaging and content strategies.

* Provide leadership with regular reports and presentations summarizing key market insights and their implications for strategy.

Tools and Processes

* Leverage competitive intelligence tools (e.g., Klue) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) to deliver insights and enablement materials effectively.

* Continuously improve processes for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating insights.

* Train sales and marketing teams on using competitive intelligence tools and assets.

  • 8+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or similar roles, with a focus on B2B or SaaS industries.

  • Proven expertise in gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence and delivering actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to connect data to strategic decisions.

  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools (e.g., Klue) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Highspot).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience conducting win/loss analyses and developing actionable recommendations.

Preferred:

* Strong understanding of GTM strategies and sales enablement best practices.

* Experience working with sales and product marketing teams in high-growth organizations.

* Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools is a plus.

* Proficiency with competitive and sales enablement tools such as Klue and HighSpot.
