Thank you for considering Progyny! The Member Experiences intern will assist Progyny's member experience and content strategy teams in streamlining efforts to identify improvements to the current member journeys so the right support and content is provided to members throughout their clinical journey. The Intern will be responsible for researching member experience business needs across member progression, member services, digital product, and content functions and write and propose improvementsto decrease friction and effort by developing VOC (Voice of Customer) survey opportunities and interviewing provider partners to identify areas for operational enhancement. Identifying a frictionless member experience is crucial to overall success. Progyny's internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to gain valuable corporate work experience while contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the company. The internship program runs year-round based on the needs of each department, with a dedicated summer program that begins in June. Summer interns will be required to present to senior leadership on project(s) that they have completed during their time with Progyny. The internship program will align the intern to a specific business leader to execute on a specific project plan. This is a paid internship with a hybrid schedule, requiring interns to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote positions may also be available. What you'll do...
