Title: Data Analyst Location: Canonsburg PA Duration: 12 Months will be extended. Job Description: Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Structure large data sets to find patterns and actionable insights-Analyze data to extract insights to guide the business's strategic planning. Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data. Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients. Structures and organizes own work to deliver individually on priorities and customer needs to drive results. Ability to perform analysis and translate business objectives into actionable analyses. Experience with large data sets, data reconciliation, and/or data investigation. Proficiency at querying relational databases (SQL) and ability to pull data from various sources. Experience with reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau or Power BI-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel-Strong analytical and problem-solving. Required Skills: Supports Data management for Small Cell services in ServiceNow. Responsible for working assignments related to network creation importing data into the CMDB. Audit existing data and correct as needed. Work with business partners to resolve data conflicts. Ensure quality of data within the CMDB. Must demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Recommend process and data model improvements. Work tasks to research missing information and to populate the CMDB as needed. Experience and Education: 1-3 years of experience in software and data management. Strong computer skills. ServiceNow CMDB experience is a plus. In depth knowledge of Excel.
