Blending analysis, vision, product-oriented thought leadership, with a focus on AI and Data, business case development and an entrepreneurial approach that enables senior Private Equity executives and their Portfolio Company Executives to rethink how quickly, easily and cost-efficiently they can achieve their strategic objectives and deliver next-generation, value creation-enhancing customer experiences across sales, service, marketing and commerce using the Salesforce platform.Private Equity Practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to drive sales excellence for our internal Private Equity and Venture Capital (PEVC) practice teams. In this highly visible role, you will champion the best tools and technology to enhance practice efficiency and achieve sales excellence, working closely with Practice leadership, Sales Leaders, and Relationship Management teams. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of technical projects related to sales tools, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements from Sales Leaders and Relationship Managers to build the right tools to improve sales efficiency within the team
  • Technical Guidance: Leverage your understanding of sales processes and technologies to guide Business Technology teams in implementing technology strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with relationship managers, developers, and executives to define project requirements and ensure effective communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage dependencies.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Facilitate testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate reports providing insights into project progress and performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to build prototypes and deliver the right products to drive sales excellence. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Solid understanding of Salesforce technologies like Sales Cloud, Tableau, and related applications.
  • Internal tools: Proficiency building internal tools for internal stakeholders
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong skills to motivate teams and influence decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Self-Starter: Creative, high-energy, self-starter comfortable leading initiatives. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, personal drive, and character aligned with company values.
  • Customer Empathy: Ability to understand customer pain points and develop high-level recommendations.
  • Agility: Curious, entrepreneurial, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams on large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce cloud technologies, especially Sales Cloud and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • BA/BS in business, finance, economics, math, engineering, marketing, or related areas, preferred; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in dealing with complex governance models (Private Equity, portfolio companies, external stakeholders)

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $244,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
