Are you a highly motivated AI/ML expert with a passion for pushing the boundaries of wireless communication? We're seeking talented individuals to join our team and work on exciting challenges in the fundamentals and algorithmic aspects of physical layer, media access, and resource allocation. You'll have the opportunity to develop new concepts, algorithms, and solutions, generate intellectual property, and establish thought leadership through publications and presentations. We are seeking highly self-motivated talents with strong AI/ML background to work on various challenges in wireless communication systems with a focus on fundamentals and algorithmic aspects of physical layer, media access, and resource allocation. You are expected to Take initiatives, and work independently as well as within a team Develop new concepts, algorithms, and solutions Generate intellectual property and technology transfer to business groups and standards bodies Communicate research results effectively to both internal and external audiences Establish thought leadership via conference/journal/white paper publications Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Deep expertise and hands-on experience in AI/ML tools solving real-world challenges Solid understanding of wireless communication fundamentals and systems Expertise in information theory, wireless communications, signal processing, convex optimization, or cross-disciplinary research Experience in applying AI/ML for wireless communication is desirable Proven track record in scientific publications Come create the technology that helps the world act together Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
