Compensation

$26 per hour

Job Summary

As an Intern you will be responsible for providing support to the organization and learning business practices along the way.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
  • Manage and oversee the monthly insurance billing process
  • Support the planning and coordination of company events
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
  • Scan, index, and organize documents and files into OnBase
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education

Must be actively working towards a college degree

Skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and be flexible
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Basic math skills with the ability to calculate and analyze data
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong tendency to take initiative
