Process Excellence Advisor III
Location: Monterey County, California; Santa Cruz County, California We have an exciting opportunity to join the Alliance as a Process Excellence Advisor III in the Operational Excellence Department. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Reporting to the Process Excellence Manager, this position will lead, support, and consult on the planning and execution of medium- to large-scale process improvement engagements in collaboration with organizational partners. You will also serve as a process improvement resource, subject matter expert, trainer, and coach for organizational business partners and Process Excellence Advisor I/IIs and support Business Process Management (BPM) objectives through participation in the development of process architecture and metrics. ABOUT THE TEAM The Process Excellence team supports the Alliance in implementing its work most effectively and efficiently. We do this by supporting the organization to achieve its mission, measuring performance, facilitating process improvement, and ensuring sound project execution. We collaborate with departments to improve processes that are inefficient or ineffective. We also manage the Process Architecture and the organization's performance measurement system. Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
