Description
The Department of Medicine is hiring an Academic HR Analyst to support and enhance our academic personnel processes. This role involves recommending, developing, implementing, and administering policies, programs, and procedures related to Academic Human Resources. Key responsibilities include managing academic recruitment, appointments, and advancements, overseeing compensation and salary administration, and ensuring compliance with labor contracts and statutes. Additional duties encompass faculty welfare programs, visa procurement, benefits administration, payroll, training and development, faculty misconduct matters, and faculty equity initiatives. This position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient and effective HR operations while supporting the success of our academic community. Hourly range: $30.56-$60.82 Qualifications
