Work Schedule |
8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary.

Primary Purpose of Position |
The Assistant Director of Program Operations in Enrollment Programs & Communications (
EPC) is responsible for coordinating the resources and support available to orientation and enrollment programs participants. The Assistant Director plans and implements processes and logistics for office programs, including oversight of program reservation systems and associated technology. The Assistant Director also manages training development and implementation for all student leadership staff. Additionally, the Assistant Director directly develops and implements assigned programs.
- Oversee office-wide training and scheduling for EPC student leadership staff and coordinate office-space usage as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to orientation and enrollment programs participants, including tracking participant engagement, coordinating information distribution within systems, and modifying content to meet participant needs.
- Manage technology platforms (e.g., Slate) that support program registration for New Student Orientation and other office programs.
- Create, share, and interpret data and reports for internal and external partners.
- Integrate program communications into various technology platforms and work with the Communications team to identify and create messaging to meet immediate needs of programs as they arise.
- Interpret and make policy-driven decisions within all programs.
- Make suggestions for policy adaptations and work with the Director and Associate Director to revise and distribute policies to all relevant constituents annually.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate students as applicable.
- Serve as primary contact with Niner Central Student Services and Undergraduate Admissions, providing timely, thorough information to support all student and family questions related to office programming.
- Serves as primary collaborator for PCI Compliance within EPC, leading all transaction, reconciliation, purchasing, and disbursement processes for the unit by coordinating with the assigned Business Services Coordinator in Enrollment Management.
- Coordinate programs, such as Advising & Registration promotion, annually at the direction of the Associate Director.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Director or Associate Director of Orientation & Enrollment Programs.

Minimum Education/Experience |
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from a four year college or university and two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
