The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at least 10% of the time, within 24 hours of being asked to come on site, or as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary. Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500- $227,700annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the minimum and midpoint of this range. Qualifications
* A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience that includes creating business requirements, project plans, project schedules and associated project materials * 5+ years minimum experience in project management * Experience with supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) / Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations from the application and infrastructure side * Expert understanding of project management and project management tools * Expert understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles * Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate * Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables * Expert usage of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) * Excellent communication skills as related to project management strategy, schedules, tasks, deliverables, risks, and issues. * PMP preferred |
