Academic Affairs Analyst Radiology Full Time 84096BR Job Summary Leads and oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of medical privileges and credentialing policies and procedures. This position requires a high level of expertise in conducting complex analyses of credentialing systems and policies, identifying issues, and formulating strategic solutions. The incumbent will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and enforce compliance strategies, ensuring all practices meet regulatory and institutional standards. Serving as a subject matter expert, this role ensures adherence to medical credentialing guidelines and offers strategic direction to align operations with institutional goals. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $109,400 - $164,400 (Annual Rate).
