About the Internship:

Are you passionate about maintenance and eager to tackle real-world challenges? At Jubilant HollisterStier, we're thrilled to offer you the opportunity to join our dedicated Maintenance team as a Maintenance Associate Intern. This role will immerse you in hands-on projects where you'll collaborate with seasoned maintenance professionals, conduct thorough equipment inspections, develop and deliver comprehensive maintenance training, and analyze critical maintenance data. It's a chance to enhance your skills, gain invaluable experience, and make a significant impact on our operational efficiency and reliability.

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Intern (Associate) at Jubilant HollisterStier, you will gain practical experience working with advanced control systems and industrial machinery. This role is designed to enhance your technical skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will also get exposure to the latest tools and technologies used in the industry, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with seasoned maintenance professionals on hands-on projects.
  2. Conduct thorough equipment inspections.
  3. Develop and deliver comprehensive maintenance training.
  4. Analyze critical maintenance data.
  5. Gain practical experience working with advanced control systems and industrial machinery.
  6. Enhance technical skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  7. Get exposure to the latest tools and technologies used in the industry.
  8. Work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Applicants should be/possess:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Controls, Instrumentation Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing and repair equipment, such as multimeters
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints is important
  • Experience in an industrial environment is preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude is critical

  • Recommended: Letter of Recommendation from a professor in the Maintenance department where the student is enrolled
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsoship is not available for this position.
  • Available for a 12 week internship between May and September of 2025. We are unable to accommodate internships outisde of this time frame.
  • This Internship is in person (Spokane) Therefore, candidates must relocate to team location in Spokane, Washington.

The hourly U.S. pay range for this position is: $18.00 - $23.00
