Job Summary

The Residential Sales Technology Analyst is a project-based role dedicated to continuous business improvement through technological advancements. In this position, you will focus on enhancing business processes by identifying and implementing technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements from the business, and working closely with IT to develop and refine solutions. You will play a key role in the ongoing development and optimization of platforms, serving as the primary liaison between Application Development, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and continuous improvement.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to gather end-user requirements and understand the goals of various processes, offerings, or practices.

  • Clearly define and communicate business benefits or potential features for executive prioritization.

  • Develop comprehensive business cases by assessing the value of ideas, concepts, requests, or potential projects, including defining scope, objectives, and baseline requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Residential Sales systems, overseeing development and support cycles, and guiding enhancement requests from initial user story through business case approval to delivery.

  • Facilitate requirements workshops and document detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements.

  • Gather, create, and document current and future business process flows.

  • Understand basic UI concepts and User Experience principles.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure technology solutions meet business process requirements.

  • Manage overall progress on assigned projects, addressing and reporting any blockers.

  • Equip the Sales Technology Trainer with knowledge of new features to enhance staff training

CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technologies or related field OR equivalent years of experience. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested.

  • 3-5 years of experience with Sales Exec, Winning Formula, and other business systems such as CRMs, marketing automation, and account management.

  • 3-5 years of experience working within matrixed organizations.

  • 1-3 years of Business Analyst experience and/or relevant certifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities, including identifying root causes and developing resolution plans.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present project information to customers and all levels of management.

  • Analytical skills to understand complex data relationships and technical requirements, and to explain these concepts clearly to others.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a quick learner.

  • Knowledge of programming languages a plus

  • Experience in documenting business processes and developing process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma belts and/or ISO experience a plus)

  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics
Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate
Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.

Soft skills in the following:

Basic understanding of these Salesforce technical skills:
* AppExchange
* Data management

Base Pay Range: $76,600- $99,600 / year
