This role will support our Eggplant Software team. At Eggplant (A Keysight Company), we help organizations put the user at the center of the testing process to quickly and continuously create amazing digital experiences. Our Digital Automation Intelligence Suite creates and executes tests, captures and monitors results, and generates predictive analytics to test the true end-to-end user journey.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Customer Support Engineer to join our growing Support team.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provide 1st Line Support by email and video (MS Teams) for customer service requests.
  • Technical configuration of customer accounts using our internal platforms.
  • Ensure customer success by solving often complex technical issues.
  • Process tickets to deliver solutions to the customer's requirements
  • Provide internal support to customer facing colleagues.
  • Record defects and feature requests as necessary in bug tracker.
  • Liaising with Technical Consultants and Account Managers on all technical issues.
  • Works on other projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

This position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export controls. You must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in Window PCs and Apple Macs, with related products (Excel, Word etc).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Specific requirements include:

  • At least 1 year of admin support or related experience.
  • Experience of using a helpdesk product eg. Salesforce, ServiceNow.
  • Awareness of Internet technology, website issues and developments
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong personal communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with automated testing tools.
  • Experience with the Keysight (Eggplant) range of tools specifically.
  • Any experience of developing and/or maintaining a website is advantageous
  • Any experience of SQL and UNIX a bonus.
  • Any experience of automated website testing (you may have used products such as QTP, LoadRunner, Silk Test, Selenium, WATIR).

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

CA Pay Range: MIN $57,000- MAX $95,000

CO Pay Range: MIN $52,980- MAX $88,290

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
