Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NJ, ME

This position provides consultative technical expertise for business systems within the Bank. Directs all aspects of requirements gathering for system enhancements and projects, including oversight and guidance of large cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives. Supports business units at the highest level of operational complexity and acts as an advisor on banking processes, systems, and analytics. Champions best practices through personal leadership and improvements to policies, procedures, and structures. Mentors and directs less experienced associates in the work group on the completion of daily activities.


Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and evaluates data from processes, systems, and stakeholders. Conducts in-depth analysis to assess business impacts, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identifying Business Requirements - Develops structured methods to test, gather, and track business requirements. Ensures that systems and processes align with regulatory requirements and business objectives while supporting continuous improvement.
  • Operational Support - Collaborates across all levels of the organization, including senior and executive management, to support strategic initiatives. Coordinates analyst activities across multiple teams on cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects. Recommends and implements system enhancements that align with evolving business needs.
  • Consultation - Acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, associates, and senior management, offering expert guidance on business systems and operational requirements. Provides mentorship, feedback, and direction on complex matters while driving process improvements and technical optimizations.
  • Equipment Finance Expertise - Leverages deep knowledge of the equipment finance industry and its supporting technologies to drive business value. Demonstrates proficiency in Salesforce and InfoLease, ensuring that systems and processes effectively support operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Information Technology OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Information Technology

  • Salesforce and InfoLease Experience
  • FCB
