Ignite Digital Services is seeking a mid-level Program Management Analyst to support to assist our government clients with day-to-day business operations support. This role is critical to ensuring effective oversight, tracking, and completion of taskings and actions required to run Programs within the Sensing & Information Operations IPT. This role will work across multiple domains with stakeholders at all levels to provide support in a variety of functional areas including contracts, finance, logistics, program management, data visualization, and process improvement supporting Programs within the IPT's business operations processes.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage project budgets/costs, schedules, and performance risks
  • Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules, utilizing MS Project or approved scheduling tools utilizing the Critical Path Method and Elaborative Scheduling Methods
  • Manage program risks within the project risk management tool and processes and actively engage stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies, tracking risks to closure
  • Provide project management support through contracting strategies, procurement development, and materials tracking
  • Assist with technical and business analyses and reporting for assigned projects
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices utilizing a common workspace for team projects to achieve simplified document retrieval, correlation, and analysis of completed tasks
  • Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Update and maintain organizational charts
  • Assist with Project event management, including event scheduling, visitor management, agenda-setting and follow up action reporting
  • Evaluate current processes/procedures and develop recommendations for process improvement to improve team performance
  • Assist in development of standard operating procedures, policies, and document templates
  • Capture meeting minutes, assign and track action items, and distribute to relevant stakeholders


Qualifications:



  • 2-4 years of experience supporting Department of Defense acquisitions in a program analyst role
  • Bachelor's degree in business related curriculum, management information systems, or engineering
  • Demonstrated strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
  • Demonstrated experience developing analysis to support programmatic decision-making
  • Understanding of contracts acquisition lifecycle and processes. i.e. Development, negotiation, award, sustainment
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools. i.e. Jira, Confluence, MS Projects
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance


Desired Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform Tool suite, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, utilization of SP, and MS Planner
  • PMP or DAWIA Level III Certification


Salary: 65k+ to align with experience and education

Schedule: hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite
