Warehouse Coordinator 1

Almac Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our Audubon, PA location. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials throughout the Almac Pharm Services Audubon Warehouse, from receipt to the picking/returning of material to/from production operations prior to distribution.
Responsibilities include:



  • Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with the SOP's and CGMP's
  • Allowing production to commence as scheduled and distribution to be performed as per the customers' requirements.
  • Assisting and generating Standard Operating Procedures and Quality investigations as required
  • Coordinate the flow of materials and tasks in order to meet the production schedule. Assist the Warehouse Technicians with daily activities, including:
  • Processing of incoming deliveries into the Almac Pharma Services warehouse and electronic inventory control systems as required.
  • Processing of materials being picked for issue to production operations including the completion of the second check/confirmation transactions as required.
  • Processing of Finished Goods from Production operations in preparation for distribution.
  • Processing of materials for dispatch including the completion of the second check of picking activities.
  • Directly assist the Warehouse Supervisor in day to day operations of the warehouse, including generation and maintenance of warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work with Quality Control to ensure that product is released in a timely fashion as needed to meet Production requirements, resolving issues in a timely manner as they arise. Work with QC on the quarantine and reject processes to ensure materials are correctly handled as required.
  • Investigate and address any stock queries arising within the warehouses escalating to the Warehouse Supervisor where appropriate.
  • Generate and distribute Perpetual Inventory reports to Warehouse Technicians in order to ensure counts are completed as required. Escalate any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor and assist with investigations relating to these.



Required Work Experience:



  • 3 to 5 yrs Warehouse Experience
  • Forklift Experience



Preferred Experience:


  • 3+ yrs Pharmaceutical Experience
  • Entry Level Supervisory Experience
  • Data Entry Experience



Required Knowledge:


  • ERP/Inventory systems



Preferred Knowledge:

  • Working in a cGMP Environment
