Description
Medica's Director, Specialty Networks is accountable for effectively managing the relationship Medica has with all complementary networks including behavioral health, chiropractic, transplant, and dental vendor partners. This position is responsible for negotiating, developing and understanding the contractual relationship between Medica and these organizations. Our Director maximizes the financial and operating values of these contracts by helping to develop strategies and hold vendors accountable for performance to ensure a return on investment for Medica, and serves as a central point of contact, control, escalation, documentation, research, and resolution as issues, projects, and initiatives arise related to Administrative Services contracts. This leader will interface regularly with the business owners of the core functions being provided by complementary networks and on a routine basis with the Officers. In addition, our Director will ensure that Medica and its customers, members and providers are provided with high levels of service. Qualifications:

The working location arrangement for this position is open to Office, Hub, or Remote. Office roles require employees to work from one of our designated offices (Omaha, NE, Madison, WI or Minnetonka, MN) 2+ times per week. Hub-based roles require employees to occassionally come onsite for applicable heads-up work and remote employees will work fully remote 100% of the time. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have a primary home address located within any state where Medica is registered as an employer - AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI. The full salary range for this position is $111,200 - $190,600. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
