Key Responsibilities:

• Data Governance & Security: Oversee data access, control, and sharing policies while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Software Architecture & Development: Design scalable, resilient software systems and make strategic decisions on technology stacks.
• Technical Leadership: Lead Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), document software functionalities, and guide development teams in best practices.
• Team Oversight & Training: Mentor onsite developers, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to industry standards.
• Project Management: Plan, track, and deliver software solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients and stakeholders, translating their requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Address complex software and hardware interface challenges, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience leading software development projects and teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and project management.
• Strong communication and client engagement experience.
• Expertise in data governance and security policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
