YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Environmental Resource Management and Maintenance Superintendent opportunity in Hennessey, Oklahoma. The Environmental Resource Management and Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and directing day-to-day activities of employees in the following areas of responsibility: maintaining and repairing all physical structures of buildings, lagoon pumps, lagoon maintenance, soil sampling, effluent and pipe maintenance, and all record keeping. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises environmental supervisor and maintenance supervisors.
- Communicate with landowners and tenants in scheduling effluent applications, as well as with appropriate state agencies and inspectors in coordinating all testing.
- Coordinating and conducting safety and operational training for environmental resources/ maintenance employees.
- Interviewing, selecting, training, developing, evaluating and providing feedback to employees.
- Controlling operational expenses and assisting with departmental budgeting, including projecting and justifying additional equipment and resource needs.
- Oversees construction projects, manages budgets and estimated costs, prepares status reports and project development.
- Responsible for generating all needed information to support, develop and submit appropriations requests (ARs) for projects.
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or 5 year's related experience or training; or combination of education and experience.
- Ability to interpret and carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Must possess a current valid driver's license and an acceptable MVR. Must have and maintain a current DOT Medical card. Must be able to attain Oklahoma Department Of Agriculture and License Managed Feedlot Operation certifications within 12 months from the date of hire.
- Ability to be on call as needed.
- Ability to perform basic computer operations involving Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, etc.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of the following required: plumbing, carpentry, operate heavy equipment, standard maintenance tools, welders, air compressors, etc.

- The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
