Job Title: Engineer, RFIC Design Job Duties: Design of 5G NR and LTE-A cellular handset RFFE products with RF blocks such as RF LNA, switch, tunable filter. Product line includes high performance, high volume RFFE ICs with LNAs, multi-throw RF switches with filter tuning, tunable filters, PAs in die form. Work as a part of the team to direct the development of products during the entire product life cycle from product definition through product release to end-of-life. Product design and evaluation including schematic capture, IC layout, simulation, package analysis, design validation. Document all relevant product and design information to educate others on novel design techniques and provide guidance on product usage. Work with Characterization Engineers to define test plan, conduct characterization, and analyze performance data. Work with Test Engineers to define, develop, and ramp production ATE solutions. Required education: Master of Science or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related.
