We have an exciting opportunity for a Multidisciplinary / BIM Lead to join our team, if you are an individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional work and are looking to expand your craft under the supervisions of industry leading professionals. You will work directly with and lead varying levels of designers on multi-discipline designs for facilities primarily serving the water and wastewater industries. Remote work is allowed although preference is for candidate to be located near one of our offices in Denver, Boise, Salt Lake City or Dallas. Detailed Description: Under the direction of design professionals, you will develop designs in BIM documents utilizing Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD software paired with Autodesk Construction Cloud. In this capacity you will work in partnership with Project Managers and Design Managers to create collaborated water-based designs. Our ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in design coordination of multidiscipline models and be excited about the prospect of developing team members and innovative projects. Project work includes: development of BIM Execution Plans, setting up project specific standards, project shared coordinates, discipline specific models, mentoring junior staff project oversight from a designer perspective, development of contract drawings, field investigations, and support during construction. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
