Role Overview: An area of focus in the Home Office is helping our financial professional effectively plan for succeeding their business and efficiently execute their succession plan. We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join our team and support the continuous improvement of our Succession Planning Program for our financial professionals. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving product development, managing enhancements, and ensuring that updates meet both business goals and user needs. What You'll Do: As an Assistant Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of program updates and improvements. You will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of helping our financial professionals plan and succeed their business.

#LI-SV1 #LI-HYBRID Pay Transparency Salary Range:$85,000 - $125,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
