You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of analog and mixed-signal simulation flows. With a robust background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, you bring a wealth of experience in circuit design or CAD engineering. Your expertise spans across various advanced flow methodologies and simulation tools, making you an invaluable asset to any team. You are passionate about solving complex technical challenges and have a proven track record of working closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions. Your strong scripting skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enable you to effectively bridge the gap between customer needs and product development. You thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by a desire to continuously improve and innovate.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting internal and external customers during benchmarks and suggesting appropriate flow solutions for analog and RF designs.
  • Collaborating with R&D and product teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Conducting customer and field training sessions and preparing flow collaterals for these purposes.
  • Identifying designer needs and specifying tool capabilities for next-generation analog designs.
  • Solving complex technical challenges for analog and RF designs and methodologies.
  • Providing technical expertise on analog simulation platforms and fostering customer relationship management.

What You'll Need:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 15 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 18 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of analog simulation environments like PrimeWave or ADE.
  • Proficiency in SPICE and RF simulation tools such as PrimeSim, HSPICE, and Spectre.
  • Understanding of analog circuit optimization methodologies
  • Experience with advanced analog simulation flows like Monte-Carlo, Aging, and EMIR.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as TCL and Python.
