Budget Analyst Quantico VA MUST : Active DoD Secret Clearance 3+ years of related experience with formulation and budget execution Experience with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) budget metrics Experience with DoD ERP (preferably Navy ERP) Strong cost analyst and budget research experience Knowledge for IT hardware and software is desired Proficient with MS office suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Solid interpersonal skills and good customer service abilities Bachelor's degree is required DUTIES : The ideal candidate will support a DoD client with IT procurement budget planning and execution Help with the tracking of spend plans and IT expenses Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for the accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client Provide a good level of commitment to quality and customer service to our DoD Client Take part in financial data calls and support the financial management team for reviews of data calls Update financial management trackers Composing IT procurement packages and invoices using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Supporting hardware and software maintenance renewals Liaising with various teams including Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC), and Comptroller Liaison with the IT asset management team for new procurements Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
